We are looking for a licensed mental health professional to join our team.

Healing Journey Counseling Center is excited to expand our team with fully licensed and independent therapists who are culturally competent, social justice-minded, and ready to empower clients on their healing journey. We’re looking for dedicated professionals eager to make a meaningful impact while working with young adults and teens in Louisiana and Texas.

Position Details:

  • Location: Monroe, LA (in-person) or remote (serving clients in Louisiana or Texas)

  • Role: Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

  • Client Load: Minimum of 15 therapy sessions per week

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

  • Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in Louisiana

  • A strong commitment to culturally sensitive, client-centered care
