I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, body image issues, and major life transitions. I believe that mental health, physical well-being, and motivation are deeply connected; when one is off balance, it can affect everything else. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, build self-compassion, and take meaningful steps toward becoming the person you’ve always wanted to be.
