Hi! I’m Emily! I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and overbooked. I love helping those who are ready to make meaningful changes in their habits, build routines, and change their mindset so they can build a life that they love.
As a therapist, I want to provide you with the structure and accountability that you need to grow into the person you see yourself becoming. I offer a space to feel heard and validated, but also challenged. Rather than give advice or tell you what to do, I work with you to open your eyes to new possibilities and build your self-trust.
Using a mix of cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and solution focused approaches, you’re not getting a “one size fits all” therapeutic approach. My approach is to slow down, reflect, and help you create the goals that you want to meet, then we work together at your pace to meet those goals. Goals I’ve helped with: emotional regulation, reducing anxiety, setting clear boundaries, and feeling confident navigating relationships and daily life.
I know the hardest step is starting, but after just a few sessions you’ll begin feeling calmer and more grounded. You just need to show up for yourself and be intentional.
